MOSAIC has partnered with ISSofBC, Douglas College and Klein and Associates to deliver ELSA classes for residents of North Burnaby and with Burnaby Family Life to provide child minding.

At the North Burnaby Learning Centre, you will learn English to help you:

• Talk to Canadian friends and neighbours
• Talk to teachers and doctors
• Talk to people in stores and community places
• Learn about Canada
• Learn about Canada’s laws and systems
• Learn English Grammar and Pronunciation
• Use English in many everyday situations

The North Burnaby Learning Centre offers FREE child-minding for children of ELSA students aged 18 months to 5 years.
